ORIC was one of the first timeshare developments in Orlando, Florida, built specifically as a timeshare resort and not a converted motel or apartment project. Designed for the vacation traveler, OIRC offers two floorplans, both two bedroom configurations with at least two full baths, a breakfast nook adjacent to the kitchen, and an open dining/living room plan. Each air conditioned condominium suite sleeps four adults comfortably, with a sofa bed for an additional two people.
All condos are completely furnished, including washers and dryers,
central air condioning and heat, telephone, iron and ironing board,
2 cable TVs, DVD, CD Player, linens and dishes, and a hairdryer. Select
